Mama, Can I Paint the Room?

I teach music and art to around 600 kids at an elementary school.  I teach Kindergarten through Fifth Grade.  The kicker is that I have almost no budget, so I rely on donations of what some would consider trash (Crystal Light containers, water bottles, extra ceramic tiles, baby wipe boxes, etc.).  I am also constantly on the lookout for cheap materials for projects.
